Welcome to my world.

My blog is one place where I can be myself without worrying about my voice being too loud, my laugh too raucous or my ideas too weird.

Personally speaking

V for Victory

Somehow V for VICTORY seems a natural association.

This commonly recognised sign of victory has been known to denote victory since ancient times if the Wikipedia article is to be believed. It became popular during WW2 and is internationally known as the symbol of victory.

But every victory has it downside – the losing side who are the vanquished. Not only is one man’s victory another man’s defeat but very often even the victor has to pay a heavy price so the question is at what price victory?

There are over a 1000 bloggers from all over the world  participating in this challenge. Do pop in and see what the others are writing. It’s amazing  and fascinating to discover how people’s minds work and how the same prompt can inspire different thoughts.
