This week was hot. Unbearably hot. But that’s what we thought last week when the temperatures were lower. Indeed as April is coming to a close, the summer is only getting worse. But obviously we will be able to bear it, no matter how much we would like to believe otherwise. 

Walking down Marine Drive , I noticed that the crowds were thinner than normal. Is it because of the heat ? Or is it because of the school holidays ? 

Whatever be the reason, I am enjoying the relatively quiet streets while the stray clouds stealthily find their way into my blue, summer sky.
