Welcome to my world.

My blog is one place where I can be myself without worrying about my voice being too loud, my laugh too raucous or my ideas too weird.

Personally speaking

Mumbai skies#SkywatchFriday

This Friday marks the beginning of the 10 day Ganesh Festival.

The practice of bringing home a clay Ganesh was begun by Bal Gangadhar Tilak, an early freedom fighter in India's struggle for Independence. The idea was to get people together to foster nationalism and community.

Most of the home help have gone to their homes to celebrate leaving us city slickers to our own devices .
This has not stopped me from finding time to take some sunsets and a moonrise from this week's Mumbai sky.

May Lord Ganesha keep away all evil and protect you from all harm.

Do join me and other skywatchers share their skies at #SkywatchFriday.
