Love me, Love my Car #WordlessWednesday

Valentine’s Day seems a much over-hyped festival that many Indians have taken to with great aplomb. Tempting offers by restaurants and shops encourage people to spend their money and their time for the ones they love.

Message of love

But love means different things to different people.

Little Ms. Papaya seemed to have got it right when she decided to decorate her Abou’s car. Picking up the fallen purple blooms of the Railway Creeper kept her busy for a while.

It also made the car happier don’t you think?

Happy Valentine’s Day all. Hope you’ve got your Valentine’s day sorted out.

Sharing this with Esha & Natasha on #WordlessWednesday.

p.s. I also wonder if this will inspire Abou to take this Ajji out for a spin on Valentine’s Day ?

Ciao

  1. Ms. Papaya has the right idea!

And I do hope her Abou is inspired to take her Ajji out for a spin on Valentine’s day.

  2. Nice car! :) Valentines’ Day is a big deal here too, mostly for the retail industry. We prefer to make our own when the time suits us.

  3. Awww…such an adorable gesture by Papaya! Kids do have more humane perspective that we adults do. I’m sure the car must have basked in the glory of new crush.
Happy Valentine’s day Sunita. I am sure Abou will take Aaji for a special Valentine day ride. Await to know about it in yournext post.

    1. It doesn’t seem likely we’ll go very far as Abou is terribly busy today!

  4. The photo presents a nice picture and Ms. Papaya’s intentions were good.
Now the question. Could Ajji go out for a spin with (shhh…or without) Abou? :D :D

  5. Awww this is <3 Sunita. Pure, unadulterated love stemming from a little child’s innocent heart.

I smiled looking at the lovely purple blooms on the shiny silver back drop. (purple and I have a long drawn romance) By the way I’m wearing a purple sweater too, today.

I love how you have an eye for detail and randomly keep capturing these precious moments of life.

Much love to you always. <3

    1. Thanks Natasha. Love always grows when you have a little one showing you beautiful moments every day. Purple is my favourite too and thankfully the sweaters are drycleaned and kept away!
