Last night as I was feeding Ms Papaya, I looked up and saw the sunset. There were no words to describe the changing sky as it morphed from ripples of white cloud into a peachy pink that slowly turned deeper into magenta and then purple before finally giving up to become dark .

As the sky welcomed the darkness so did I .

It has been a hectic week for me and I can’t wait for the weekend to begin.

This morning’s glorious sunrise does promise to be a great start to the weekend .

My western sky was bathed in sunlight while the eastern side was marvellously clear.

Now doesn’t this hold the promise of a glorious day?

Tomorrow I’ll be attending the opening of a boutique that designs high end scarves and stoles. Studio KalaNiketan promises accessories look good and make you feel fantastic.

And with Sunday being Mother’s Day, I’m actually going to take the day off and order in the food.
