As I sit on a bench by the beachside and watch the tide come in, I can’t help but wonder at the many beautiful moments that pass by unnoticed. How often have we forgotten to look up from our busy schedules and observe things that just pass us by.
For instance, I always knew that Alibag was just a hop, skip and jump away but it was only this month that I actually experienced the easy accessibility and tranquility of this place. I am thankful to Anna Shetty and the Little People for introducing me to this gem in my backyard.
Like the tide, life has its ups and downs and March had its moments too.
The first thing I’m grateful for was the vaccine. Whether this is 100% effective or not doesn’t really matter. What does is the fact that this offers some kind of comfort that it makes the disease less virulent.
With a lull in the pandemic, I was able to look into some home repairs that were put off for more than a year. I’m grateful for this chance to do ordinary things like choosing curtain fabric.

A renewed interest in cooking made me explore my pizza skills and I’m happy that this month I managed to turn out some excellent pizzas. I am grateful to my new Pizza pans that made my base crispy at long last .
At the beginning of this month , I was amazed how quickly Q1 was coming to an end.
And now I am amazed how April has slipped in. Before I know it this month will also slip by and we will soon be approaching the end of a school year .
With more cases of CoVid in our building this month , I can only hope that the virus leaves we our building soon
A reminder:
In the month April, I will be participating in the A to Z challenge. I will be writing about 26 lessons and words I learnt during the times of Corona. I do hope to see you there!
Till then
Ciao
