Today I woke up at Mandwa. It’s not as if I was adrift and just found myself on the beach but it felt like that after a night with the Little People .

Since it was Wow Dinga’s birthday Anna Shetty has organised a weekend getaway. Last night we I was up most of the night taking one kid or the other for a visit to the loo . Besides, Wow Dinga woke me up on the hour every hour till sunrise .

Finally when it was day break, we did go for a walk on the beach

And what a lovely walk it was.Sunlight danced on the wet sand creating glinting ripples

Peaceful, serene and timeless .
