Reaching for the sky

As I spend my last Friday in Singapore I’d like to share a sky that will forever epitomise this city in my memory : cranes reaching out to the sky,

making buildings that are taller and swankier.

And here’s another sky

Look at it this way- if accommodation is concentrated vertically, there’s more space to develop greenery around . Perhaps the use of electricity would be less but then isn’t our communication a wonder of science?

HI Sunita – That thought is really progressive and an out-of-the-box idea. If buildings were vertical, we could have more greenery.. I had never thought in those lines.
