Clouds in my monsoon sky #SkywatchFriday

This week has been wet. So wet that most days the clouds were indistinguishable as shapes. They were a blanket of grey, heavy, wet cloud. Yet last week, during a brief dry spell in the evening , I managed to see this tiny bit of sun peeping out from behind the clouds. Just for a moment before it vanished again.

After a scorching summer these clouds did have a silver lining.

I hope we can find a way to funnel those extra rain water you have to us here in dry California.

Nice shot, well-timed! :) I hope you have more sunny days ahead. Rain can be depressing if it goes on too long.

Yes I agree but we’d rather get depressed than have a water shortage!!!

It rained here as well… but with the temperature dropping down to single digits, not so wonderful!! Lovely view :)
