The tallest tree in the world #ThursdayTreeLove

We were waiting in the traffic when Ms Papaya suddenly pointed out to the tallest tree in the world .

Now obviously it wasn’t the tallest tree in the world but seen from her three year old perspective, it was ! After all it was taller than the building next to it .

Incidentally the building it dwarfed is Antilia, the Ambani Mansion which is to its left in the photo.

Sharing this with other bloggers on Parul’s #ThursdayTreeLove-47.

Happy Ganesha Chaturthi to all those celebrating.

I hope that Ms. Papaya gets to see the giant redwoods of California, one of these days. Or even the seven-story-tall pines we have here in south Texas. (It’s easy to forget that parts of Texas are tropical – I think we always picture scraggly, dry, flat land and tumbleweeds. The western side of the state even has mountains! I’ve never seen them, but have heard they’re beautiful. And we have our own version of the Grand Canyon, even – Google images of Palo Duro!)

I hope so too! Considering what a peripatetic life she’s led so far I’m sure the day isn’t too far away.
I remember being blown by the California Redwoods . I haven’t got anywhere near Texas though . The furthest south I’ve been is Cincinnati and that’s not saying much is it ?

Indeed its a tallest tree, for it dwarfed “The Antilia”! The innocent eye can see what a ‘spectacled’ mind overlooks.
