Driving down to Pune on Thursday I was disturbed to see my city shrouded in smog .

But later on down the highway, I actually saw the mist rising from the ground. This is very strange at this time of the day ( 8.30 am) at this time of the year ( October) and in this part of the world ( coastal Maharashtra) .

So I was glad to see some blue sky before the sun was really up!

While walking in the evening earlier this week I saw this gorgeous fluff of cloud that lifted my spirits up.

And finally I leave you with another Mumbai sunset taken sometime this week.

My skies have been alternating between bright clear blue and a grey smog …. Hope yours have been cheery this week.
