Handling employees

Hello and welcome to Week 2 of the AtoZ Challenge.

Handling people at work is not an easy task. Every company employs people from diverse backgrounds and levels of education. In addition, every employee has his own set of attitudes and ideas. It can be quite frustrating to get your ideas across. And even more frustrating, is to make them do things the way you want them to be done.

Daughter No. 1 was complaining about the poor choice of employees and how difficult it was to get them to listen to her.

Listening to his aunt’s complaint, Little Po came up with a wonderful solution.

“Why don’t you put all the people who don’t listen to you into the washing machine?” he asked.

Auntie immediately forgot her frustration and looked at the problem with a fresh set of eyes!

Imagine if all HR problems were so easy to handle!

Ciao

Hahaha… Little Po is visionary! Some day they sure will make some machine to brainwash the people with the detergent of good thoughts and then add a dose of compassion, empathy like softener to make them more receptive to good ideas.

That is hilarious. Sometimes, that fresh approach is all you need. I’m still struggling with how the washing machine strategy would work!
